Personal fitness training is for everyone - not just for the rich and famous. Many people benefit from having their own personal trainer to help them stay motivated and see real progress towards their fitness goals and a healthier lifestyle. If you are feeling tired, lethargic, lacking in energy, demotivated, or you are overweight or simply unfit, then you will benefit from personal fitness training - especially if you don't want to go to the gym, and feel the need to try a different and fresh approach to improving your health and fitness. We all hear so much about how important it is to exercise regularly, so what are the actual benefits of personal training? You will feel more energized and better in yourself. As you start to feel fitter you will want to eat healthier food so losing weight becomes easier. I am passionate about exercise and its benefits! Let's face it, not everyone enjoys exercise and my aim is to make the sessions fun, relevant to your needs and safe . In the initial consultation we establish your likes and dislikes, ask about previous exercise history. From this I can design sessions emphasise your previous positive experiences. With Personal training, I leads you through a fitness session, making sure that you perform the correct exercises and that you work at the correct intensity. These sessions can be performed in fitness clubs where I'm based or in your own home, at your local gym or anywhere which is convenient for you. As I have all necessary fitness equipment I will travel to you, bringing fitness kit i.e. weights, swiss ball, medicine ball, kettlebells, boxing / kickboxing kit ,elastic bands , nordic poles, mat, step block etc., whatever is required to conduct your fitness sessions.
